Topic; Impact of incubation temperature on meat quality in broilers
Servet Yalcin received her PhD in poultry science from Ege University, Izmir, Turkey. Currently, she is a professor in the Department of Animal Science at Ege University. Her responsibilities include teaching and research. Throughout her career, she has taught undergraduate and graduate courses and supervised 12 MSc and Ph.D. students. Her research focus is on incubation and embryo development, stress physiology, and meat quality in broilers. He is involved in collaborative research projects funded by various organizations. She is the author and co-author of numerous articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals and participated in numerous regional, national, and international scientific meetings as a speaker and invited speaker. She has been a member of the World’s Poultry Science Association (WPSA) since 1998 and currently serves as a member of the Executive committee of WPSA for the period from 2022 to 2026.
